Marriott’s Enterprise Learning Experience

Ongoing training is a fact of corporate life. Some courses are required, others are electives and very few had been described in a way that inspired employees to sign up. My hypothesis was that if we merchandised course descriptions, we could increase engagement and achieve parity with companies like Coursera and LinkedIn Learning who, in some instances, compete for the same eyeballs. Below are examples of marketing placements I wrote for Marriott’s Learning & Development team that performed well in their pilot program.
