This agency’s website was written at the beginning of the pandemic, which the copy briefly addresses . However, I preferred to focus on the value prop and on assuring potential customers that M Digital has “been there, done that” without coming across as arrogant or jaded. Because the entire M Digital team had spent most of their careers as the client, I tapped into a deep pool of empathy to mitigate any trepidation a client may have about breaking in a new agency.
